On Brokenness

On Brokenness

We’re all broken you can chose to agree or not, God’s been revealing the message of brokenness to me for a few weeks now, cannot run from it or escape it. Consider the levels of brokenness as physical, emotional, or spiritual. On some level we’re human and that truly means broken. Through adversity, failure, and disappointment, the God molds us into people whom He can use. The world honors personal strength, natural charisma, and self-reliance. But the Holy Spirit works through people who recognize their weakness, submit to His guidance, and deliberately rely on His power rather than their own. The next time Satan tries to discourage you by pointing out your shortcomings, remind yourself that God works best through broken people.

So I pray that God, who gives you hope, will keep you happy and full of peace as you believe in Him. May you overflow with hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13 I want my life to be an example of Jesus Christ and His great love.

My desire is to stay focused, run the course at a steady pace, and hold on to the loving Savior’s hand no matter what comes my way.
